Shipping destinations

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or P.O. boxes. A physical street address is required.

At Cleaning Supplies Today, we partner with a network of trusted warehouses and suppliers across the United States to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Order Processing

Our order cutoff time is 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received after this time are treated as received on the next business day. The cutoff does not guarantee same-day shipment; our normal processing time is 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays

  • Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email

Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase and no shipping or handling fee

  • Orders are delivered within 7 calendar days of the order date, unless a different delivery timeframe is stated on the product page. Deliveries normally occur Monday–Friday; weekend delivery is not standard

  • Orders may ship from the closest available warehouse to speed up delivery

Multiple Shipments

To get your order to you as quickly as possible:

  • Items may ship separately from different fulfillment locations

  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order

We ship via major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on the most efficient delivery method.
